DIY Energy Attunement

David Willocks’ DIY Energy Attunement system is designed to help clear energy blocks and boost your life force to activate your innate self-healing potential. 

It’s important to commit to your healing wholeheartedly. Each morning, tune into your intention for wellness. What condition/issues do you want to heal? How do you want to feel once the healing is complete? 

Write your name (or the name of a loved one you want to help) on a piece of paper and place it first on the Blockages part of the template for 90 seconds and then on the Rosette part of the template. (You can use a pendulum as demonstrated in the video if you choose.) Spend a few minutes in meditation visualising the healing and embodying how it will feel, as you breathe gently and relax.

Leave the name on the Rosette as you go about your day. You’ll continue to receive supportive frequencies to  optimise physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Belief is a powerful ally on the healing journey. If you notice a lack of belief in yourself, hold the intention in your morning meditation to dissolve this lack of belief and up-level your faith.
